1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RatePakka (ratepakka.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

RatePakka provides an automated stamp duty estimation service for Mumbai properties using official Maharashtra ASR data. The service is intended for informational use only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

3. User accounts

Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use it for commercial resale of reports.

4. Payments and credits

Credits purchased are non-transferable. A credit is consumed when a paid valuation report is successfully generated. If a report cannot be generated due to a system error on our side, the credit will be refunded. No refunds for successfully delivered reports.

5. Uploaded documents

By uploading a RERA certificate or other document, you confirm you have the right to upload it. Uploaded files are used solely for computing your property valuation. We do not share uploaded documents with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

6. Intellectual property

The RatePakka platform, its design, and underlying code are owned by Swapnil Tambe. The rate data is sourced from Maharashtra government publications and is in the public domain. Generated reports may be used for personal and professional purposes; bulk redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that calculations are error-free or complete. See our Disclaimer for details on limitations.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
