About RatePakka
RatePakka was built to solve a problem every Mumbai property buyer faces: figuring out the actual stamp duty before signing anything. The official Maharashtra government ASR tables are published as dense PDFs with hundreds of zones — cross-referencing a CTS number to the right zone requires manual lookup that most buyers (and even many lawyers) skip.
The result is surprises at the sub-registrar's office. RatePakka eliminates that by automating the lookup end-to-end — you upload your RERA certificate, we extract the CTS number, find the exact ASR zone, and run the Maharashtra stamp duty formula to give you a precise ₹ figure.
All rate data is sourced directly from the Annual Statement of Rates (ASR) FY 2026-27 published by the Maharashtra Department of Registration & Stamps.
